How Do I Submit My Profile?

Follow the steps below to ensure your candidate biography is published.

    Wait for the Invitation

    Beginning on April 29, primary election candidates will receive an email from Qualtrics to submit their bio. General election candidates will receive information at a later date.

    If you are a primary election candidate and have not received an email by this date, please contact our office immediately.

    Complete & Review

    Complete the form via the secure link provided in the email. After the deadline, our office will review submissions and notify you if any corrections are needed.

    Publication

    After the review period is over (and before ballots are sent), our office will post the profiles under the “Learn About Candidates and Issues” tab.

Submission Deadline Profiles for PRIMARY Election candidates must be submitted by May 8, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. MDT. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
