Register to Vote or Update Your Voter Registration
Do you have a valid Utah driver license or valid Utah ID?
You must have a valid Utah driver license or valid Utah ID to register to vote using the online voter registration system. However, you can register by filling out a paper form and mailing it to your county clerk’s office. It must be received by your county clerk no later than 5:00 pm 11 days before the election.
To register to vote using the online registration system, please visit voter.utah.gov.
If you would like to register to vote using the online registration system, you must begin by changing the address of your Utah driver license or Utah ID, which can be done online at this link (a new license or ID will not be issued to you). After you change the address online, you can register to vote using voter.utah.gov.
If you do not want to register to vote using the online registration system, you can register to vote by filling out a paper form and mailing it to your county clerk’s office. It must be received by your county clerk no later than 5:00 pm 11 days before the election.
